About NJPD

Nick Jackman is the Director of NJPD Services. Nick has been a part of the Property Development and Construction Industry for over 35 years.

With a Bachelor of Building and a Diploma in Business Managment, Nick has worked with some of the most prominent builders and Developers and has created NJPD Services to provide a more personalised service to individual clients.

Mission

Negotiating the complex nature of obtaining aprovals for a development, either through local council or State Government is always difficult and can be a lengthy process. NJPD provides the knowledge and experience to negotiate these approvals in the quickest time frame and then follows this through with a delivery method to suit individual circumstances allowing Clients to unlock the full value of their project with the the least amount of risk.
